We got the family suite and my room had a king sized bed and a fireplace the other room had two queen beds and a huge picture window we have stayed here twice and have never been disapointed vary clean and the beds are vary comfortable my second favorite place to stay in PF.

We enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. The houskeepers were very friendly and took good care of us. The rooms were clean. Nice place to stay. We will stay here again. We like the rooms on the front with balconies because you can just sit out there and watch the grand stand. Nice view.

We have been staying here for years. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, pools well kept, great complimentary breakfast and you can’t beat the price and location. Best value in Pigeon Forge. Room Tip: The rooms on the back side of the hotel are quieter for a great sleep.

“Great Family Hotel” – We live in TN but met family from PA. In total we rented three rooms. This is the first time we rented a room due to living so close we never bothered. We were not disappointed. The rooms and hotel were very clean and well kept. There is an indoor salt water pool with hot tub and a outdoor pool. The breakfast is just bare bones. It’s next door to the Comedy Barn which is centrally located. All of us will definitely be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the indoor heated pool since the water in the pool outside was too cold to swim in. It was quiet both during the day and night. I loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

My teen age son and I stayed at the James Manor over Memorial Day weekend. The staff is very helpful and polite. I love the proximity of a lot of attractions and restaurants, my son was able to walk to different go-kart tracks while I was able to enjoy reading on the balcony. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but there is a pancake house right next door and a diner a few doors down. I have family in Sevierville and we will definitely be staying here again.

The motel was pretty good over all. It was clean and the inside pool was a plus. The location is excellent. Right beside the pancake house was great that we could walk over there for breakfast every morning. The go karts which are located right beside the motel as well are a little loud. Besides that everything was great. Will be going back soon.

It was very close to Dollywood, shopping, walking to local attractions, just what we wanted to do. A balcony to relax after walking all day and watch the busy traffic of others to relax. Thanks!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Smokey Mountains, with comfortable lodging, an in-door pool, near-by family attractions, and a continental breakfast. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful.
